1. Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Inspection Upon Delivery: We strongly recommend checking your order in the presence of the delivery agent.
Reporting Issues: If any defect or error is found, notify our Customer Service Department immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Validity Period: Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Return Window: Once a claim is approved, the product must reach our facility within 7 days. Returns sent after this period will be considered void.
Product Integrity: For hygiene and safety reasons, used, altered, or opened liquid products cannot be considered for exchange or refund.
